S O'Hara has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In that year, they began working as a Playleader at Caversham Nursery's, running an after school club for 4-6 year olds. In 2014, they became an Independent Demonstrator & Advisor for UK Thermomix at Vorwerk Group and a Workshop Host (volunteer) at Made In Hackney. In 2015, they were a Centre Manager at Kids' City and an After school club organiser at West Euston Time Bank. In 2018, they became an Asst. Gallery Manager & Art tutor at SIR HUBERT VON HERKOMER ARTS FOUNDATION LIMITED, and in 2019, they were a Junior Activities assistant at Virgin Active and a Group Sound Journey Facilitator at Gong bath and sound Journey: Camden Town. Finally, in 2021, they began volunteering as a Food prep assistant at the London feeding programme for Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team (AMURT).

S O'Hara has a diverse educational background. In 2018, they completed an AET Award (Adult Education and Training) at West Academy UK. In 2015, they completed a Professional Diploma in Nutritional Therapy at Health Science Academy. They also completed a course in Hermetics, Ego, and Superconscious Creativity at Natural Success Ltd. in the same year. Currently, S O'Hara is a student of Inner Alchemy at Universal Healing Tao. They also hold a Level 1 Healing Therapy certification from PureBioEnergy Healing and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from CPD Skills active.
