Agalya Ramkumar

Agalya Ramkumar has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of Compass4Careers, a fiscally-sponsored nonprofit that aims to democratize access to career exploration around the globe. Agalya was also a GIDAS student researcher and GIDAS support committee member at miRcore 501(c)(3). In 2022, they became a tutor and onboarding lead at Schoolhouse.world, a live speaker and attendee at The Global Health Leaders Conference at Johns Hopkins University, a research scholar at Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative, and a '22 Civic Innovation Fellow at Civics Unplugged. Through their work, they have presented their research on COVID-19 and the Global Infrastructure Inequality, taken advice from experienced diplomats, and gained policy writing experience.

Agalya Ramkumar attended International Academy West from 2020 to 2024, where they earned their High School Diploma with an IB Diploma field of study.
