Te-Hsuan (Andy) Chen

Te-Hsuan (Andy) Chen has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. In 2018, they worked as a Project Management Intern at Shenzhen Shangu Consulting. In 2019, they gained experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Big Data Co., Ltd. In 2020, they had internships at both Mozilla and the National Taiwan University Business Intelligence Lab, where they worked as a Business Intelligence Intern and a Product Management Intern respectively. In 2022, they worked as a Data Science Content Development Intern at DataCamp and later as a Data Management Fellow at the University of Michigan - Center for Academic Innovation until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Research Assistant at Michigan Medicine and as a Software Engineer at SchooLinks.

Te-Hsuan (Andy) Chen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business at National Taiwan University from 2016 to 2020. Te-Hsuan (Andy) then pursued a Master's degree in Information (Data Science) at the University of Michigan from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Chen has obtained various certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Te-Hsuan (Andy) completed the "Natural Language Processing in TensorFlow" certification from DeepLearning.AI in August 2021. In June 2021, they obtained the "Applied Social Network Analysis in Python" certification from the University of Michigan. Te-Hsuan (Andy) also obtained the certification for "Data Structures" from UC San Diego in June 2021.

Chen has acquired several certifications in the field of machine learning and data analysis. Te-Hsuan (Andy) completed the "Mathematics for Machine Learning: Multivariate Calculus" certification from Imperial College London in November 2020. In October 2020, they obtained the "Scala and Spark for Big Data and Machine Learning" certification from Udemy. Chen also completed the "Web Development Bootcamp" certification from Udemy in September 2020.

Furthermore, Chen has pursued certifications related to data engineering and programming languages. Te-Hsuan (Andy) completed the "Data Engineer with Python" certification from DataCamp in July 2020. In the same month, they also obtained the "Machine Learning with Python" certification and the "Machine Learning with R" certification from DataCamp. Additionally, they completed the "SQL for Business Analysts" certification from DataCamp in February 2020.

Chen has further expanded their knowledge by completing various certifications in web scraping, database management, and analytics. Te-Hsuan (Andy) obtained the "Scrapy: Web Scraping & Crawling with Python" certification from Udemy in January 2020. In the same month, they completed the "Shiny with R" certification from DataCamp. Chen also obtained the "Using Databases with Python" certification from the University of Michigan in December 2019, and the "Using Python to Access Web Data" certification from the University of Michigan in December 2019. Te-Hsuan (Andy) completed the "R Programming for Statistics and Data Science" certification from Udemy in September 2019. Lastly, Chen obtained the "Google Analytics Individual Qualification" certification from Google in January 2020.
