Jake Hanse

Jake Hansen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, management, and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Onboarding at SchoolMint since June 2021, Jake has previously held roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Implementation Specialist, focusing on enterprise client onboarding in the EdTech sector. Prior experience includes four years as Domain Client Services Manager at MarkMonitor, where Jake managed over 60 corporate portfolios and 60,000 assets, and various leadership roles in the hospitality industry. Jake also has international experience as an English teacher in South Korea and grew up working on a family farm in Idaho. Jake holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and a degree from Boise State University.
