Cassandra Shepard

Cassandra Shepard, MBA, SPHR, PCC, is an accomplished human resources executive and executive coach with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union since June 2020, Cassandra also founded Shepherd+CO LLC in April 2018. Previously, Cassandra held multiple senior leadership positions at Compassion International, including Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of the Global Leadership Office, and has significant experience in human resources management with organizations such as the Colorado Springs School District 11, T-Mobile, and PEPSI COLA. Cassandra earned an Executive MBA in Global Business from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Fresno.
