Chit Su Yi Mon

Chit Su Yi Mon currently serves as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Leica Biosystems since July 2021, and holds the position of Product Development Quality Engineer at MiniFAB since October 2019, where responsibilities include developing product requirements and managing cross-functional teams. Previously, Chit Su Yi Mon worked at ResMed as a Senior Quality Engineer, focusing on design quality assurance, and at BD as an R&D Engineer II, leading projects for medical disposables. Prior experience also includes a role as a Product Development Engineer at JMS Singapore Pte Ltd, managing design transfer projects in a medical manufacturing environment. Chit Su Yi Mon holds a Master’s degree in System Engineering & Project Management from Nanyang Technological University and degrees in Bioengineering from the National University of Singapore and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
