Gerard Francis

Gerard Francis is an experienced professional in the field of design and strategic risk management, currently serving as the Head of UK Design & Strategic Risk at Schroders since February 2022. Prior to this role, Gerard held multiple senior positions at River and Mercantile Solutions from July 2019 to February 2022, including Managing Director, Co-Head of Clients, and Director. Gerard's career at Willis Towers Watson spanned over 13 years, where roles included Head of Retirement and Investment Consulting and Senior Consultant. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Imperial College London, earned between 1994 and 1997.
