Reece Tripard

Reece Tripard's work experience begins in 2017 as an Assistant Manager at The Poke Sushi Bowl, where they managed finances, supplies, and employee training. In 2018, they interned at Home Lease Pros as a Financial Analyst, creating financial dashboards and contributing to securing a new client. They also advised the leadership team on revenue generation and market analysis. In the same year, Reece Tripard also held positions at Washington State University, including leading the management of a $3 million endowment fund and serving as President of the Travelers Community for Cultural Enrichment. At Northwest Asset Management from 2021 to 2023, they worked as an Operations Associate, developing high-net-worth advisor relationships, designing billing software, and onboarding new advisors. Currently, Reece Tripard is working at Schroders as an Accounting Control Lead Specialist and will soon transition to the role of Accounting Control Lead Analyst.

Reece Tripard completed a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Business Management, and Economics from Washington State University from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, Reece Tripard attended Sentinel High School from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Reece Tripard obtained the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification from FINRA in 2022 and the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP in 2020.
