Shuji Hatsukaiwa

Shuji Hatsukaiwa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Shuji started their career in 1997 at Mitsubishi Corporation, where they held roles as a Principal and Assistant General Manager until 2009. Shuji then joined Alternative Investment Capital as a Managing Director from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they worked at Mitsubishi Corporation again as a Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, they joined Mitsubishi Corporation once more, this time as a Manager until 2018. Currently, they are working at Schroders since 2018, initially as an Alternatives Director and later as the Head of Alternative Sales and Product, a position they have held since January 2020.

Shuji Hatsukaiwa pursued their higher education at The University of Tokyo from 1993 to 1997. Shuji then went on to earn an MBA degree from The Wharton School in the period from 2009 to 2011.
