Carrissa D'Anna

Carrissa D'Anna currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Schweiger Dermatology Group since October 2025. Prior to this role, Carrissa was the Director of HR Operations at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy from March 2019 to October 2025, where key accomplishments included leading the implementation of Workday HCM and scaling the HR Ops function significantly. Carrissa has also held various HR roles at Virgin Atlantic, from Benefits Specialist to Senior Manager of HR Operations, managing HR functions across multiple divisions and locations. Earlier experience includes positions at Marshall & Sterling, where responsibilities involved payroll and HR administration. Carrissa holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Western Connecticut State University.
