Annette Simmons

Annette Simmons has over 30 years of work experience in the IT field. Annette began their career in 1989 as a Network Administrator at Boeing, where they designed, planned, installed, and supported large LAN/WAN facilities. Annette then worked as a Network Consultant from 1997 to 1999, providing Win3.x and Win95 platform training, technical support, hardware/software installations, and network installations and web designs. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Network Administrator/Analyst at Rainier Pacific Bank, where they were responsible for administrating 50+ servers, 200+ workstations and all network components at 14 locations. From 2003 to 2015, they worked at Medical Imaging Northwest as an IT Manager/Network Administrator, providing strategic development of vision, initiatives and strategic deployment of IT systems. Finally, they worked as a Deployment Manager at ScImage, Inc. from 2015 to present.

Annette Simmons has a diverse educational background. Annette obtained certifications in Healthcare Informatics/Information Technology from 2000 to 2025. Annette also attended Boeing Computer Service Training from 1990 to 1995, studying Information Technology. Additionally, they attended Knapp College from 1984 to 1986, studying Healthcare. Simmons also has additional certifications from HIMSS and ABII, including CPHIMS obtained in July 2020 and CIIP obtained in September 2015.
