Naama Wrightman, Ed.D. is the Director of Learning at Scoot Education, where she leads training and program development for TeachStart. She also works as a Women's Equity Circle Facilitator at Level, facilitating courses on the racial wealth gap and investing. Naama is a founding member of Level, a community of women investing in Black women to tackle the racial wealth gap. Prior to this, she had various roles at Relay Graduate School of Education, Uncommon Schools, and District of Columbia Public Schools. Naama holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California, a Master of Education degree from American University, and a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University.
