Head of Product Marketing at Scope3

Kelly Mergenthaler is the current Head of Product Marketing at Scope3. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Marketing, Copilot at Xaxis from December 2017 to April 2022. There, they were responsible for building and managing the Copilot brand, as well as leading the marketing force for a team of 40+ engineers, data scientists, and product managers dedicated to a $30M+ technology investment. Kelly also synchronized the go-to-market messaging for a quickly evolving technology across 46 markets globally.

Before their time at Xaxis, Kelly Mergenthaler was a Senior Associate, Product Marketing & Sales Strategy at Tremor Video from August 2014 to December 2017. There, they were responsible for translating the workings of complex AI models into clear and concise resources for Xaxis teams, GroupM advertising agencies, and advertisers. Kelly also fostered industry collaboration with regards to the applications of AI in media. During their time at Tremor Video, Kelly made significant public speaking appearances at Advertising Week New York 2018 and Xaxis Deviate Conference London 2019.

Kelly's career began as a Marketing Intern at Hayes Commercial Group from May 2013 to June 2014.

Kelly Mergenthaler's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara in Communication and Environmental Studies, as well as a certification in Advanced Product Marketing from LinkedIn. Kelly also has a certification in AI For Everyone from Coursera, and a certification in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Ethics from the same institution.

Kelly Mergenthaler reports to Brian O'Kelley, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Harvin Gupta - Head of Commercial Partnerships, Jason Throckmorton - Head of Marketing & Communications, and Niki Banerjee - Head of Customer Success, JAPAC.
