Julia Cowan

Julia Cowan has extensive experience in human resources, with roles at Scotiabank and TD. At Scotiabank, Julia holds various Vice President positions and leads a team of HR Business Partners supporting technology employees globally. At TD, Julia served as AVP and Senior Manager HR, supporting employees within the Retail Banking Products Group. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English Literature from Carleton University and has certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute and the University of Windsor.
