Debdatta Porya

Debdatta Porya is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with over a decade of experience in leading test teams and implementing quality assurance processes across various industries. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Test Lead at Scotiabank since October 2021, Debdatta manages a team of 10 members in the nCino Implementation Project, focusing on Agile methodologies and enhancing automation frameworks. Prior to Scotiabank, Debdatta held various roles at Cognizant, including Principal Consultant and Lead Consultant, where significant contributions were made in functional testing, test automation, and migration projects. Debdatta also has a strong track record at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, Tech Mahindra, and earlier positions, demonstrating expertise in test automation tools and frameworks. Debdatta holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Future Institute of Engineering and Management.
