Josemar de la Lama is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit solutions and structured finance. Currently serving as Gerente Principal / Director Credit Solutions at Scotiabank since January 2019, Josemar leads significant commercial banking initiatives and has previously held various key roles at Scotiabank Peru, where notable achievements include managing a US$ 1 billion credit portfolio and executing complex financing for large corporate clients. Josemar's career also includes roles at RBS and Caja Metropolitana, as well as an early position at Bank of America. With an MBA from Lancaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from George Mason University, Josemar combines strong analytical skills with a proven track record in strategic financial management.
