Martha Wyatt

Martha Wyatt serves as the Managing Director and US Head of Human Resources at Scotiabank, a role commenced in September 2020, where responsibilities include crafting the people and culture strategy for the US and overseeing the human capital needs of US businesses and operations. Prior to this position, Martha held various leadership roles in human resources, including Senior Vice President for Organization & Talent Development at Raymond James from 2015 to September 2020, and Learning & Leadership Development Executive at Bank of America from 2005 to 2015.
