Ross Garland

Ross Garland is a skilled scientist specializing in flood modelling and operational flood risk, currently employed at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency since October 2017. Ross has previously held positions at Stirling Council, where roles included assistant flood officer and flooding student, and gained valuable public interaction experience in a retail environment at Wm Morrison Supermarkets. Ross also worked as a part-time youth worker with West Lothian Council and served in various capacities at Stoneyburn Community Education Centre. Ross holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography from the University of Stirling.
