Lorraine Malins

Lorraine Malins has extensive experience in human resources, working in various roles for companies such as Scottish Power, bp, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. She currently serves as the Interim Deputy Director, People & Transformation at the Scottish Funding Council. Lorraine is skilled in project management, change management, organization design, and business restructuring. She has a background in developing and delivering employee engagement strategies and HR strategies. Lorraine studied at the University of Strathclyde from 1998 to 1999.
