Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Scout24 Gruppe, where they played a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talents to support the company's strategic goals.

Before joining Scout24 Gruppe, Dr. Viehweger worked at Axel Springer National Media & Tech GmbH & Co. KG as the VP People&Culture News Media National and later as the CHRO. In these positions, they oversaw the human resources function for Axel Springer's national media brands and played a crucial role in driving business and technology for over 60 products across more than 25 brands.

Dr. Viehweger's work experience also includes serving as the Head of HR at WeltN24 GmbH, where they contributed to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Furthermore, they worked as a Legal Counsel/Specialist Attorney in Labor Law at Axel Springer SE, where they provided legal advice, represented executives and board members in labor court cases, and drafted various agreements and guidelines.

Prior to that, Dr. Viehweger worked as a Senior Associate/Specialist Attorney in Labor Law at Hogan & Hartson, advising and representing both international and national clients on labor law matters, including M&A processes, restructuring, and negotiations.

Dr. Claudia began their career as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. hc mult Franz Jürgen Säcker at Freie Universität Berlin and later as a Library Assistant at Trinity College Dublin.

Overall, Dr. Claudia Viehweger has accumulated extensive expertise in people management, labor law, and driving strategic initiatives to foster a positive work environment and support business growth.

Dr. Claudia Viehweger has a strong educational background in the field of law. Dr. Claudia began their academic journey at Bielefeld University, where they pursued their undergraduate studies in law from 1994 to 1999. During this time, they obtained their First States Exam/Erstes Staatsexamen.

Continuing their legal education, Dr. Viehweger went on to Trinity College Dublin, where they completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree specialized in European and International Competition and Economic Law. Dr. Claudia attended Trinity College from 1999 to 2000.

Afterwards, Dr. Viehweger engaged in a legal clerkship at the District Court Bielefeld, known as "Referendariat am Landgericht Bielefeld," from 2000 to 2002. This experience culminated in the completion of their Second States Exam/Zweites Staatsexamen.

To further enhance their legal expertise, Dr. Viehweger pursued a Doctor of Jurisprudence (Dr. jur.) degree from Freie Universität Berlin. Dr. Claudia engaged in intensive research and study in the field of law, and their doctoral studies lasted from 2003 to 2006.

Aside from their impressive educational credentials, Dr. Viehweger also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in February 2019.
