Ciaran Murray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ciaran started their career at Sky Television in 2006 as a Technical Support representative. In 2007, they worked at UK Online Services Ltd as a Technical Support staff member. Ciaran then joined the Northern Ireland Civil Service in 2009 as a Support Programmer. In 2010, they worked at Whale Pumps as an IT Technician before moving to Computacenter as an IT Engineer, providing on-site support to LBG.
In 2011, Ciaran joined FG Wilson as an Engineering Systems Support Analyst, responsible for supporting Caterpillar's Engineering system environments. Ciaran then transitioned to TM2 created by Blue Zinc IT in 2013, where they initially worked as a Technical Support representative before being promoted to Technical Support Team Lead in 2015.
Ciaran joined Teamwork.com in 2018 as a Support Team Lead, managing the support team. Ciaran then moved to ScreenCloud - Digital Signage in 2020, where they held the position of Head of Customer Service. In 2022, they advanced to the role of Director of Customer Support, where they currently work.
Ciaran Murray began their education at Hazelwood College from 1995 to 2002, where they obtained A Levels and GCSEs in IT, Travel & Tourism, and History. In 2003, they enrolled in Liverpool John Moores University and earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Systems, completing their studies in 2005. Ciaran later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc Hons) in Information Systems at the same university and graduated in 2007. In 2009, Ciaran attended Ulster University and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice, completing their studies in 2010.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Ciaran Murray obtained the Certified Training Professional certification from Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) in August 2020.
