Kristina Owens

Kristina Owens has a diverse work experience in the field of talent development and training. Kristina currently serves as the Director of People Development at Scribd, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Organizational Talent Development at College Track from June 2021 to September 2021. From December 2018 to June 2021, Kristina worked as the Director of Talent Development, Americas at Essence.
