Stephanie Black

Stephanie Black began their work experience in 2003 at Community America Credit Union, where they served as the Facilities & Loss Prevention Lead. In this role, they led a team and implemented better internal processes, ensuring operational services to all staff members. Stephanie also acted as the main point of contact for external branches, dealing with issues, vendor services, engineering firms, and security and construction companies.

In 2005, Stephanie joined ScriptPro as the Field Operations Administrative Coordinator until 2007. Stephanie then became the Field Operations Configuration Management Operations Coordinator, a role they held until 2011. During their time at ScriptPro, Stephanie ensured the proper configuration of software and hardware for customer installations and conducted functionality testing before system implementation.

Stephanie's most recent role at ScriptPro was as a Software Tester III, which they began in 2013. As a Software Tester, they reviewed customized specifications, confirmed software configurations, and conducted testing before the release of the system for implementation.
