Luiz F. Ferreira

Luiz F. Ferreira's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Technical Support Supervisor at Sitel. From 2013 to 2014, they held the position of Process Analyst at Teleperformance. In 2013, they also worked as a Technical Translator at Eagle Translations.

In 2015, Luiz joined TOTVS as a Documentation / Translation Analyst, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, they briefly worked as a System Development Analyst at SMV Desenvolvimento de Software Eireli.

In 2019, Luiz joined Global System | Business Solutions as a FICO™ Data Consultant before transitioning to Guidewire Software as a Technical Support Engineer. Luiz F. was later promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer, holding both positions until 2021.

In 2021, Luiz joined Aubay Portugal as a Site Reliability Engineer until early 2022 when they became a Cloud Consultant at tecRacer Group. Finally, in October 2022, they started working as a Site Reliability Engineer at Scrive.

Luiz F. Ferreira completed their postgraduate degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an associate's degree in Marketing from the same institution, which they pursued from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Luiz has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include "Architecting on AWS" and "Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, and "Certified Professional - PolicyCenter 10.0 Support Engineer" and "Specialist Certification - PolicyCenter 10.0 Configuration" from Guidewire Software in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
