Dahm M. Hongchai

Dahm M. Hongchai is a PhD student at Portland State University, where research focuses on the use of ChatGPT in Scrum teams to improve productivity under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Gillpatrick. In addition to academic pursuits, Dahm serves as a Registered Scrum Trainer and Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer at Scrum Inc., having certified over 400 Agilists. As the founder and Agile Coach at OCADEE, Dahm orchestrated numerous Agile workshops globally and achieved significant project time reductions and efficiency improvements for various organizations. Dahm has also held guest lecturer positions at Thammasat University and Chulalongkorn University, imparting knowledge on Agile and Total Productive Management. Additionally, experience includes roles as a business consultant, growth manager, and project coordinator, alongside advanced education in Engineering Management and Mechanical Engineering.
