Mie Nishizono

Mie Nishizono is an Agile Transformation Consultant and Coach at Scrum Inc. since January 2022, specializing in training for Registered Scrum Master and Registered Product Owner courses while facilitating agile methodologies across various industries including Manufacturing, e-Commerce, and IT. Prior to this role, Mie spent over 17 years at Walmart, serving as IT Manager in the PMO, where significant contributions included leading the implementation of Agile methodologies in the Japan branch, enhancing system development processes, and establishing an Agile community. Mie also held titles as IT Manager overseeing various project areas, Project Manager for cloud migration projects, and Help Desk Specialist during early career stages. Mie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Sophia University, completed in 1999.
