Ahdiat Permana is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk, as well as SCTV, part of the SCM Group. Previously, Ahdiat worked at UniPin as the Head of People Ops & GA and at Bhinneka.Com as the Head of People Development and later as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Management. Ahdiat has also held positions at Kantar, Bayer HealthCare, Skha Consulting, and SSR School of Sound Recording. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from PPM School Of Management and a Sarjana Ekonomi in Management and Human Resources from the University of Indonesia, Ahdiat has a strong background in HR and talent development.
