Anne-Lise Demortier

Anne-Lise Demortier is an experienced professional in payroll and HR solutions, currently serving as Key Account Manager at SD Worx Luxembourg since July 2016. Anne-Lise oversees the SD Worx Learning Center, focusing on the design and delivery of training in HR management, labor law, fiscal policy, and payroll management while managing external training providers. In previous roles as Project Manager at the Institut Universitaire International de Luxembourg, and as a PhD candidate and researcher at Louvain School of Management and CRP Henri Tudor, Anne-Lise developed expertise in strategic human resource management. Anne-Lise holds a PhD in Strategic Human Resource Management, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s degree in Management Sciences.
