Tim Hand

Tim Hand has over 15 years of experience in sales and account management. Tim is currently the Sales Director UK&I (Mid-market) at SD Worx UK & Ireland, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, Tim was a Senior Account Director at SD Worx UK & Ireland from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining SD Worx, Tim worked at RM plc as an Account Director / Professional Qualifications Sector Lead from 2018 to 2020. Tim also has experience as an Account Development Director at Zellis from 2015 to 2018.

Tim's earlier experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager at MidlandHR from 2014 to 2015, an Account Executive (EMEA) at Korn/Ferry International in 2013, and a Business Development Director, Account Director, and Senior Business Consultant at SHL from 2007 to 2013.

Prior to that, Tim worked as a Major Account Manager at DHL Express UK from 2006 to 2007 and as an Account Executive at UPS from 2002 to 2006.

Tim Hand attended St John Houghton R.C. School from 1985 to 1990. From 1990 to 1992, they studied History & Communications at South East Derbyshire College. No degree was mentioned for either educational institution.
