Conrado Garcia has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Conrado started their career as a Telecommunications Engineering Intern at FiberHome International, where they provided assistance in analyzing and preparing technical proposals for GPON projects. Conrado then became a GPON Product Manager at the same company, where they analyzed GPON RFPs and assisted in preparing technical proposals.

Conrado has also worked as a Pre-sales Engineer at Zyxel, where they were responsible for managing technical accounts and analyzing xDSL RFPs. Conrado provided assistance in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and presentations about the company's technologies and equipment.

At KAONMEDIA, Conrado worked as a Pre-sales Engineer, responding to RFIs and RFPs and preparing technical proposals for broadband and pay TV projects. Conrado also conducted presentations, demos, and workshops on the company's technologies and equipment.

Most recently, Conrado worked at SeaChange International. Conrado started as a Sales Engineer, supporting the Brazilian executive team in offering high-technical solutions in broadcast, online video platforms, and analytics. Conrado Garcia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel in 2015. Conrado then pursued a Post-Graduation in Network Engineering and Telecommunications Systems at the same institution from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, Conrado enrolled in an Executive MBA program in Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas of leadership, communication, and professional development, with the most recent certifications obtained in 2024.
