Diane Brewer is a dedicated Substance Abuse Specialist currently serving on the ACT East Team at the Federation of Organizations since September 2018. Additionally, Diane has been a Case Manager at Seafield Center Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment since June 2015, focusing on facilitating PAT groups and supporting clients in their treatment and recovery journey. Previous experience includes a role as a Substance Abuse Specialist with the Federation of Organizations-ACT Team from October 2008 to December 2014 and as a Primary Counselor/Supervisor at Sanctuary East from August 2004 to June 2008. Diane holds an Associate of Science degree in Human & Community from SUNY Empire State College and has completed education at the Outreach Training Institute. A high school diploma was awarded from Sachem High School.
