Maik Stempien

Maik Stempien, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as an IT Technician at Siemens until 1998. Maik then founded their own company, IT Servicemanagement und Softwaretest Stempien, where they served as an expert for IT services, project manager, trainer, and communication lecturer until 2022. In 2011, Stempien worked as a Senior IT Consultant, both freelancing for Atos and at barcatta GmbH until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they served as an IT Service Expert (ITIL) and Project Manager at evosoft, where they also worked as a Software Management Consultant from 2013 to 2014. Stempien continued their career as a Consultant and Practitioner of ITIL and Communication and Engineering Psychology at Hays from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Strategy and Business Model Development Consultant at Stempien. Stempien's most recent experience includes working as a Team Lead for IT Service Management at noris network AG from 2021 to 2022, and they are currently working as a Team Lead for Software Release and Quality Assurance at SEAL Systems AG.

Maik Stempien, MBA, has a diverse education history. Maik pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Kommunikations- und Betriebspsychologie from FHWien der WKW between 2017 and 2019. Stempien also holds certifications such as Business-Coach (IHK) from IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt in 2017 and various ITIL and PRINCE2 certifications obtained between 2007 and 2013.
