Augustine Duruzor ACIPM has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Augustine started their career as a Human Resource/Administrative Assistant at Styles & Alternatives Ltd. in January 2015, where they were responsible for managing office operations and providing support to the office principal.

In October 2015, Augustine joined NikkyFaj Nig. Ltd. as a Research and Development specialist. In this role, they conducted market intelligence surveys and managed and analyzed data for sales projections.

From February 2016 to August 2018, Augustine worked as an HR Associate at The Workplace Centre Limited, where they played a crucial role in talent acquisition for clients in various industries. Augustine utilized social media tools for sourcing candidates and prepared final assessment reports.

Next, Augustine joined RusselSmith in September 2018 as a People Officer, where they contributed to HR initiatives within the organization.

Currently, Augustine is employed at SEAMFIX, starting as an HR Business Partner in April 2019 and later transitioning to the role of Lead, People, Performance & Culture in January 2021. In their current position, they play a lead role in managing people, performance, and culture within the organization.

Augustine Duruzor ACIPM, HRPL obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Public Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Augustine has pursued further education and obtained several additional certifications. These include a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) in November 2018, as well as a Human Resources Practitioners License from the same institution in January 2019. Augustine has also obtained certifications in Managing Virtual Teams from LinkedIn in March 2020 and Work Smarter Not Harder from UC Irvine in August 2019. Finally, they have recently obtained a certification in Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in December 2022.
