Vandana Minotra has extensive experience in the field of HR and talent management. Vandana has worked in various roles such as Senior Researcher, Manager, Entrepreneur, Team Manager, and Consultant in companies like Sannam S4, Seamless Global, Piece of Heaven, Mentora, Right Management, InspireOne, Corner Office Advisors, and CEB (now Gartner). Vandana holds a B.Com (Honors) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and completed their high school education at Laxman Public School.
