May Yang

May Yang is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Manager at SeaMoney since November 2022, and as a volunteer at Zero Waste Singapore since July 2018. Prior to this, May held the role of Recruitment Manager at Shopee from November 2017 to November 2022, specializing in tech and commercial recruitment. May was also the first local recruiter for Airbnb in Beijing from November 2016 to November 2017, where responsibilities included building the inaugural Overseas Engineering team. Previous recruitment experience includes a tenure as a Recruiter at LinkedIn from April 2014 to October 2016, recognized as the 2015 LinkedIn Global Talent Acquisition MVP, and as a Recruiting Coordinator at Amazon from November 2012 to March 2014. Earlier career roles include HR Intern at Inditex (ZARA) and Sales Intern at Longfor Properties Co. Ltd.
