Savannah Alexander

Savannah Alexander has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting with their roles at State Farm as an HR intern and receptionist from 2012 to 2016. Savannah then worked as an HR coordinator at The Hutton Hotel, where they handled the entire employee life cycle. Following that, they served as an HR generalist at Westin Hotels & Resorts, where they implemented several key initiatives to improve the employee experience. Savannah also gained experience as an HR generalist at Toptal, a globally remote tech company, where they led the implementation of a new HRIS. Currently, they are working at Search Nurture, where they started as a People Operations Manager and eventually became the Sr. People Operations Manager. At Search Nurture, they have been responsible for various HR initiatives such as recruiting/onboarding process, performance management, and diversity and inclusion training.

From 2014 to 2016, Savannah Alexander attended Texas A&M University, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Development.
