Brittany Presta

Brittany Presta has a long and varied work history. In 2009, they were a Property Valuation Assistant at Patriot Properties, an Office Manager and Licensed Realtor at New Light Realty, and an Expeditor Clerk at BART. In 2011, they were an HR Manager at Dropcam (acquired by Nest, an Alphabet company) and a Licensed Realtor at Clarin Realty. In 2014, they began working at The Sourcery as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Team Lead. In 2015, they were the Director of People + Talent at Gild (acquired by Citadel) where they were solely responsible for full life-cycle recruiting across the entire organization, overhauled recruiting and interviewing processes, created and implemented Gild's first employee feedback and performance program, iterated on employee on-boarding experience, and was responsible for day-to-day people operations. In 2016, they were the Lead Recruiter at Dealpath. In 2017, they were the Head of People + Talent at OverOps. In 2020, they began working at SourceScrub, Inc. as the Sr. Director of People where they were the first HR/Recruiting hire for the company and single-handedly hired 45+ employees across the organization before growing out their own team. Brittany also built process around hiring that promoted diversity, transparency and a high bar for talent.

Brittany Presta obtained their BS in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco in 2008. Brittany is currently enrolled in the Human Resources Management and Services program at SFSU, College of Extended Learning. In 2014, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance and in 2010, they obtained their California Real Estate Salesperson License from the Department of Real Estate.
