Brian Ranson

Brian Ranson has a diverse work experience in sales and business development. Brian is currently the Director of Sales And Business Development at Search Solution Group, where they lead a team focused on connecting businesses with top talent and helping individuals find long-term success. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Sales Development Manager at Movement Mortgage, where they played a key role in revamping the sales business and developing new strategies. Brian also has experience as a Senior Performance/Operations Manager at Red Ventures, where they managed multiple teams and drove sales goals. Earlier in their career, Brian worked at Vector Marketing as a Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager, where they were responsible for hiring and training new talent, conducting sales appointments, and managing sales teams.
