Nicole Chan

Nicole Chan is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as a Senior Fund Accountant at Searchlight Capital Partners since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at FTLife Insurance Company Limited, where Nicole implemented the IFRS17 Insurance Contract system and conducted User Acceptance Testing. Prior to that, Nicole worked at EY as a Senior Accountant, overseeing financial audits and ensuring compliance with various IFRS standards for listed and private companies in the telecommunications and insurance sectors. Nicole began their career as an Audit Intern at Richard Poon & Co. CPA Limited, focusing on internal control assessments and cost management. Nicole holds a Post-graduate certificate in Accounting from Centennial College School of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Accounting) from City University of Hong Kong and the University of Liverpool.
