Duncan Tennent

Duncan Tennent has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Duncan has held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Seasalt since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Monsoon Accessorize as the Head of International from September 2020 to June 2023 and as the Head of Franchise from June 2017 to August 2020. Before joining Monsoon Accessorize, Duncan worked at Marks and Spencer in various roles, including Regional Manager for MENA & CIS from April 2015 to May 2017, Regional Manager for Asia from April 2015 to September 2015, and International Retail Manager from January 2013 to March 2015. Duncan also served as an International Business Development Manager at Marks and Spencer from May 2012 to January 2013 and from November 2011 to April 2012. Duncan's earlier experience includes a role as Store Planning and Development Manager for UK & Ireland from April 2009 to November 2011, and various commercial and store manager roles from September 2003 to March 2009.

Duncan Tennent began their education journey in 2000 when they enrolled at the University of Exeter. Duncan pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, completing their studies in 2003. After a substantial gap in their education, in 2020, Duncan sought further academic enrichment by attending the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service. During this period, they obtained a Certificate in Terrorism and Counterterrorism. Additionally, in the same year, Duncan participated in a certificate program at the University of London, specializing in Global Diplomacy in the Modern World.
