Kathryn Bryant

Kathryn Bryant has a strong background in data science and teaching. Kathryn is currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at SeatGeek since February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Data Scientist at SeatGeek from February 2020 to February 2023. Kathryn also gained valuable experience as a Lead Data Scientist at National Grid from June 2019 to January 2020 and as a Senior Data Scientist at National Grid from February 2018 to June 2019.

Before their industry experience, Kathryn was a Data Scientist and teaching assistant at NYC Data Science Academy, where they completed the academy's 12-week data science bootcamp and worked with incoming bootcamp cohorts from September 2017 to January 2018. Kathryn also worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Colorado College from August 2016 to August 2017 and as a Graduate Research Fellow at Bryn Mawr College from August 2015 to May 2016. In addition, Kathryn had roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Yavapai College from June 2015 to July 2015 and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Bryn Mawr College from 2010 to May 2015. Furthermore, they served as a Teaching Assistant at the Center For Talented Youth (Johns Hopkins University) in July and August 2014.

Kathryn Bryant has a strong educational background in mathematics. Kathryn attended Bryn Mawr College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mathematics. Kathryn continued their studies at Bryn Mawr College from 2010 to 2016, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mathematics with a focus on Topology. Prior to their graduate studies, they completed their undergraduate education at Northern Arizona University from 2005 to 2010. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish during their time at Northern Arizona University.

In addition to their formal education, Kathryn Bryant has also acquired additional certifications. Kathryn obtained the Google Ads SEM Certification from Google in January 2020. Furthermore, they completed the R Programming certification and The Data Scientist's Toolbox certification from Johns Hopkins University in September 2015.
