Allison Bahl

Allison Bahl is currently leading the Learning Operations and Design team at Seattle Children's. Prior to this role, Allison had impressive experience at Amazon and Amazon Web Services, where Allison focused on employee experience, education programs, and career development initiatives. Allison also has a background in implementation project management and recruiting, showcasing their diverse skill set in various industries. Allison holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sport Psychology from Western Washington University, as well as certifications in Human Resources and Staffing.
