Allison Hoover is the Director of Marketing at the Seattle Seahawks. Allison has extensive experience in marketing and communications, having previously served as the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Alliance Theatre and the Manager of Marketing & Fan Engagement at Atlanta United FC.

At the Alliance Theatre, Allison was a member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of all marketing and communications activity. This included branding, content strategy, advertising, audience research, public relations, and patron experience.

At Atlanta United FC, Allison was responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and content to drive fan engagement, ticket sales, retail sales, subscribers, brand culture, tune-in, and more. Allison also managed digital & OOH advertising campaign budgets, creative, and audience targeting to drive tickets, retail, tune-in, and fan engagement.

Under Allison's leadership, Atlanta United FC became the most valuable MLS team in just two years and set multiple attendance records. The team was also recognized with several awards, including MLS Marketing Team of the Year, the 2018 Marketing Award for Excellence (MAX), and the 2019 Sports Business Journal Team of the Year.

Allison Hoover attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Allison then attended Culver Academies, where they received their High School Diploma.
