Tiffany Kramer

Director of Organizational Development at Seaway Plastics Engineering

Tiffany Kramer has worked in the Human Resources field since 2002. Tiffany began their career as a Supervisor of HR Operations at Eastern Research Services, where they provided oversight of the HR function and day to day guidance on the operations of HR in the Florida and Texas facilities. Tiffany then moved on to Facility Manager at Issues & Answers Network, Inc., where they were responsible for sourcing/recruitment/screenings and interviewing, onboarding and training, compiling and maintaining turnover and retention data in order to predict recruitment needs, and handling employee relations, EEOC and Workers' Compensation filings, grievances, change management and corrective action. In 2013, they became the Director of Sales at JSquared Business Services LLC, and then HRIS Administrator II at Gerdau Long Steel North America, where they maintained quality and consistency of HRIS database information and was a Ceridian subject matter expert. In 2015, they joined Seaway Plastics Engineering, LLC as Organizational Development Manager, leading the HR and Business Integration programs in support of the organization, and providing coaching and support for employees regarding their development and career growth. Tiffany also assumed the role of HR Generalist/Payroll Manager. During the same year, they joined PwC as a Sr. Associate of Finance and Compliance.

Tiffany Kramer began their educational journey at Pasco-Hernando State College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Education between 2004 and 2010. Tiffany then went on to Rasmussen College, Florida, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in HR and Organizational Leadership in 2016. Finally, they earned their Master of Human Resources degree in Human Resources/International Business from Colorado State University Global between 2016 and 2020.
