James Doellinger

James Doellinger has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. James started their career at Voith Turbo in 2002 as an Assembler, where they assembled high-speed gearboxes and transit car couplings. From 2003 to 2004, they worked at Auto Glass Technology, where they served as the Inventory Control Manager and later became a Store Manager, overseeing billing, accounts receivable and payable, and customer support.

In 2004, James joined Adhesives Research, Inc. as an Industrial and Medical Web Coating Operator. Their responsibilities included setting up, operating, and tearing down web coating operations for pressure-sensitive adhesive products. James also performed on-line documentation of specifications and parameters.

From 2007 to 2010, James worked at BAE Systems as an Assembler II, Material Control Specialist (MCS), and Packaging employee. James was involved in the production line assembly/sub-assembly of parts and equipment for various military vehicles.

In 2011, James joined The YGS Group as a PT Delivery Driver, delivering printed products to customers in the region. James also worked at Philadelphia Mixing Solutions, Ltd as a Quality Control - Incoming Inspection / CMM Operator, performing quality inspections using different measurement tools and a Zeiss Accura CMM.

From 2012 to 2013, James was an Assembler II at BAE Systems again, where they continued to assemble parts and equipment for military vehicles.

In 2013, James joined Interface Solutions, Inc. as a CMM Programmer, programming and inspecting custom-produced parts using a Virtek Laser QC. James then moved to Red Lion Controls as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they contributed to the development and testing of industrial automation and networking solutions.

Most recently, James has been working at Sechan Electronics, Inc. since 2020. James started as a Quality Assurance Engineer and then transitioned into the role of Associate Quality Engineer & CMM Programmer. In these positions, they have been supporting the Quality Engineering staff and the Quality Assurance department as a whole, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

James Doellinger obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State York, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Basic HS Courses from William Penn S.H. between 1989 and 1993. In addition to their formal education, James also holds a certification in Complex Project Tips and Tricks, which they obtained from LinkedIn in September 2019.
