Sofia Marques is a dedicated professional with experience in talent analysis and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Analyst and previously as a Talent Intern at Secil, Sofia has developed a strong foundation in talent management. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Boyden and as a Sales Assistant at Inditex. Sofia holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
