Kathy Judkins has over 25 years of experience in community and economic development. Currently serving as the Manager of Community and Economic Development & Government Relations at SECO Energy since 2007, Kathy is responsible for executing strategies to enhance awareness within the service territory and collaborates with executive staff to plan corporate-wide initiatives. Previously, Kathy held the position of Deputy Director for Community Affairs at CLM WORKFORCE from July 1995 to April 2007, where responsibilities included managing resources and technology to drive business growth and delivering exceptional client service, contributing to the company's industry leadership.
