Paul Hipkin

Paul Hipkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Global Projects and Strategy Manager at Seco Tools since December 2012, Paul oversees a diverse portfolio of 84 sites across 54 countries, focusing on various facility projects. Previous roles include Production Manager at Seco Tools Ltd (UK), Operations Manager at Transcend Group Limited, and Transfer Project Leader at IMI Precision Engineering, where Paul contributed significantly to lean manufacturing and process improvements.
