Denise Wessel

Denise Wessel has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Denise most recently worked at Second Avenue as the Senior Vice President of Leasing and Operations. Prior to that, they held various roles at Progress Residential®, including Licensed Real Estate Broker and National Director of Property Operations. Denise also worked as the Director of Leasing at Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes and National Leasing Director at Colony Starwood Homes. In addition, they have experience as the Director of Real Estate at Summit Accommodations, LLC, and General Manager roles at National Corporate Housing and Equity Corporate Housing. Earlier in their career, they served as the General Manager at Equity Residential. Throughout their career, Denise has been responsible for the overall portfolio, executing strategic objectives, managing day-to-day operations, and achieving revenue and expense budgets. Denise has expertise in leasing, property operations, and corporate housing.

Denise Wessel attended National College from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. In terms of additional certifications, Denise completed a course titled "Learning Excel 2016" through LinkedIn in April 2021. Denise also obtained a certification in "Becoming Indistractable" from LinkedIn in January 2019.
