Carlos Rousseau has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Carlos is currently the Managing Partner of REACH Latam at Second Century Ventures, where they foster innovation and drives growth within the real estate ecosystem. In addition, Carlos is the Founder of Collective RE, a company that challenges the status quo and redefines the real estate industry through innovative approaches and cutting-edge technology. Carlos also serves as a part-time MBA Program Real Estate Professor at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they impart their expertise and knowledge in the dynamic field of real estate to aspiring professionals. Carlos has also held roles as a Professor of the Smart Cities Program at Universidad de Salamanca and as an Author for Amazon Publishing Network, where they have published books on real estate development and proptech. Prior to these roles, Carlos was the Founder of Orange Investments, where they created and implemented the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction. Carlos also served as the Board President and CEO of Orange Investments. Before that, Carlos worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Desarrollos Delta, where they were responsible for the strategic plan and organizational structure of the company. Their work at Desarrollos Delta also included coordinating real estate developments and asset management roles, as well as leading new joint ventures, investment initiatives, and development projects valued at US$200 million. Carlos is a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and a passion for driving innovation and growth.

Carlos Rousseau has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they earned between 1989 and 1993. Carlos later attended Duxx from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Business Leadership. Carlos Rousseau also completed a post-graduate program in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Additionally, they participated in the Real Estate Graduate Program at Harvard Business School, specializing in Real Estate Development.
